We want Apex Flow Beauty to be usable by everyone, and we aim for WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The site has a “skip to content” link, keyboard-operable menus, forms and buttons, visible focus indicators, labelled form fields, text colours chosen for contrast, descriptive text for informative images, and it respects your device’s “reduce motion” setting. Sound effects are off unless you turn them on, nothing plays automatically, and we do not publish video that needs captions.
Known limits
- The home page has an animated 3D view. A complete plain-text version of the same store is built into the page underneath, and you can reach every product from the menu and the category list without it.
- Product photos and descriptions come from suppliers, so a photo’s description is sometimes just the product name. If a picture carries information you cannot get from the text, tell us.
- Shopify’s checkout page is run by Shopify and has its own accessibility work.
