Use this page to tell us about a safety problem with a product, an error or misleading statement on the site, a copyright or trademark concern, or anything else that looks wrong. We read every report and reply within one business day.
Product safety problem or injury
If anyone was hurt or a product overheated, sparked, broke or behaved dangerously, stop using it, get help if needed, and tell us the order number, what happened and photos if you can. We will arrange a refund or replacement and pass it to the supplier. You can also report to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission at SaferProducts.gov. Adverse events involving a device that may be regulated as a medical device can also go to the FDA through MedWatch at www.fda.gov/medwatch.
Wrong or misleading information
If a claim, price, size chart or description on the site looks inaccurate or overstated, tell us which page and why. We correct or remove statements we cannot support.
Copyright, trademark or image removal
If something on the site uses your copyrighted work, photo or trademark without permission, send: the page address; what is yours and how we can verify it; your name and contact details; and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized and that your notice is accurate. We review promptly and remove material where appropriate.
