Privacy and Deletion Requests
Last updated October 24, 2026. Apex Flow Labs LLC, Galt, California, United States.
You can ask us to show you, give you a copy of, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of any sale or sharing of it (we do not sell or share it for advertising). There is no cost and you do not need to give a reason.
How
Or email info@apexflowlabs.com from the address you used when you ordered and say which you want: access, copy, correction, deletion or opt-out. We will confirm it is you, and respond within 45 days. Deletion removes the information we hold except what the law requires us to keep (for example order and tax records).
Our payment and order system
Orders and checkout are run by Shopify, which holds its own copy of that information. Ask Shopify directly at privacy.shopify.com, and opt out of Shopify’s data sharing for targeted advertising at this store’s opt-out page.
Unsubscribe from email
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also reply to any email, or write to us, and say “unsubscribe”. We still send emails about your orders.
Browser signals and cookies
We treat the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out and a decline of optional cookies.
You can also use an authorized agent. See the Privacy Policy.
